Replace approximately 300 linear feet of deteriorated boardwalk, and construct benches, and railings to enhance the visitor experience at the Old Ferry Landing Recreation Area. The boardwalk was constructed to a specified elevation, approximately 24 inches above its current grade to prevent repeated inundation during high tide events. Provide a ramp access to new boardwalk from the adjacent parking area and elevated trail with consideration of applicable ADA/ABAAS standards. Correct approximately 216 linear feet of deteriorated marina bulkhead/seawall in accordance with applicable building codes. The new bulkhead utilizes resilient materials that are resistant to deterioration and minimize environmental impacts.
