Bin shall have outside ladder with safety cage and outdoor lock system. Auger shall be 4” boot with 20-foot x 4” rigid auger with each with (One) (1 HP), 208 Volt, 4.6 Amp, 3 Phase motor and drive.
13-ton Hopper Bins - Capacity rated at 13 tons at 40 pounds per cubic foot materials, designed for free-flowing materials, Feed Bin style roof system and 67-degree hopper system. Bin shall have outside ladder with safety cage and outdoor lock system. Auger shall be 4” boot with 20-foot x 4” rigid auger with each with (One) (1 HP), 208 Volt, 4.6 Amp, 3 Phase motor and drive. Hopper bin shall be assembled and set on Contractor prepared concrete pads. Hopper Bin units may match TAM Systems Model 45 bin or approved equal.
Install Electrical feeder that is approximately 140’-0” long of (4) THHN #6 Copper Wire places in 1 ½” Grey PVC piping that shall be places in the excavated trench that starts from the existing General Electric Small Stainless Steel Electrical Panel to 1’-0” passed proposed concrete pad. Then Connect the 4 wires to the existing General Electric Small Stainless Steel Electrical Panel that is landed on the contractor supplied (1) 3 phase 50 Amp General Electric Breaker. Then the (4) THHN #6 Copper Wire shall be connected to the contractor supplied 3 Phase 50 Amp Breaker in the contractor supplied Sub-Panel with a 50 Amp, 208 Volt, 3 Phase Main Breaker with 16 spaces minimum in a NEMA.
